Role Overview
The Global Key Account Director, Beauty Sector is responsible for driving enterprise sales of indaHash's influencer marketing platform to global beauty brands and their agencies. This strategic position focuses on leveraging existing industry relationships and developing new connections to expand indaHash's presence among premium beauty clients worldwide.

Primary Objectives
The role holder will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets through enterprise beauty sector sales:
Account portfolio expansion: 30% year-over-year growth
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation and Pipeline Management
- Drive strategic sales initiatives within global beauty sector
- Build and maintain a qualified enterprise pipeline with 3x coverage
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Exceed assigned revenue targets through new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion
Strategic Account Management
- Leverage and expand existing relationships within beauty industry
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies with key targets
- Navigate complex organizational structures of global beauty conglomerates
- Build long-term strategic partnerships at C-suite and senior executive level
Market Development
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities within global beauty sector
- Position indaHash as a strategic partner for beauty brands' influencer initiatives
- Represent indaHash at premium industry events and forums
- Provide market intelligence on beauty industry trends and competitor movements
Business Operations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning in Pipedrive CRM
- Drive strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with global teams on beauty sector initiatives
- Lead beauty sector go-to-market strategy development
Required Qualifications and Experience
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of beauty industry influencer marketing landscape
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales methodologies
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in enterprise CRM and sales tools
Language Requirements
