We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, based in London.
As an Account Manager at the world’s leading health and security services company, you will help organizations fulfil their duty of care responsibilities to ensure that their employees are protected from health and security threats wherever they are in the world.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure 100% renewal is achieved.
- Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to clients.
- Generating proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation across all medical and security service solutions for assigned clients or prospects.
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure smooth, efficient client renewal process, onboarding, as well as reviews and reporting.
- Investigating and preparing responses to complaints handling and quality assurance events.
- Developing cross border sales through proactive cooperation with other regions.
About you
- Previous experience as an Account Manager in a professional services environment.
- Experience of selling in a cross-border B2B sales environment.
- A natural networker and a team player.
- A passion for research and finding solutions.
- Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously.
- Experience in a matrix, international, and multicultural environment.
