Position Summary
Webb Fontaine’s Talent Acquisition team has an important mission—to maintain a unified and high-quality hiring process across our R&D centers andrepresentative offices. Our goal is to ensure consistency, efficiency, and an outstanding candidate experience while directly contributing to business success.
We welcome a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a basic understanding of technical roles, a hunger to learn new skills, and a proactive approach to enhancing recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partners.
- Conduct recruitment screenings to shortlist candidates that fit the requirements.
- Lead and facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and extending job offers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions across different regions and time zones.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other specialists on the team to ensure recruitment processes align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to building and enhancing the employer brand through positive candidate experiences and effective communication.
- Maintain an up-to-date and healthy talent pool by efficiently managing databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Tech Industry
- Understanding of general IT software development terminologies and key roles
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience management
- Exceptional relationship and people management skills, with the ability to grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and engagements active at once
- Can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the agility to navigate through ambiguity and uncertainty
- Attuned to local and international market trends and opportunities
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French will bean advantage
