Key Responsibilities :

Implementation of the Retail Marketing Strategy

  • Manage the e-retail and trade marketing communication plan for specific clients across all product categories (browns and whites goods), in alignment with the Retail Marketing Manager and the Sales team.
  • Develop e-retail activities, in-store promotional campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and product launch operations while respecting budget and time constraints.
  • Analyze the market, competition, and trends to build relevant and effective strategies.

Customer Experience Optimization

  • Ensure strong and high-quality visibility of the TCL brand at retail points and on clients' websites by making sure that communication materials (e-retail ads, POSM, displays, TV content, etc.) are available and properly implemented.
  • Design and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility both online and in-store.
  • Collaborate with retailers' merchandising teams to guarantee a smooth and engaging customer experience in stores.
  • Organize trade shows and retailer webinars.

Promotional Campaign Management

  • Launch and oversee promotional campaigns tailored to clients and sales objectives, in coordination with the Sales department.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor the progress of actions, control profitability, and optimize results. Provide monthly reporting against the plan and objectives.
  • Make strategic adjustments based on customer feedback and market data.

Candidate's profile :

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position (retail marketing, trade marketing, or e-commerce) is required. Experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of retail and e-retail environments.
  • Ability to implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (in-store, digital, promotional).
  • Good analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and market analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills : able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and customer experience enhancement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Communication & Language :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills : able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external retail partners.

IT & Tools :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of design or merchandising tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with retail / e-retail analytics tools is appreciated.
