Description du poste

At lempire, we're a passionate team on a mission to help individuals and businesses grow.

As a B2B SaaS company, valued at $150 million, we have a suite of 5 products:

  • lemlist: our cold outreach tool, used by 10,000+ users worldwide to find leads & their emails, write campaigns, personalize at scale, and get more customers.
  • lemwarm: the 1st deliverability tool on the market that helps users reach their audience’s inboxes.
  • lemcal: our scheduling tool that allows you to create a personalized booking page and reduce no-shows.
  • Taplio & Tweet Hunter: our tools, used by top influencers like Justin Welsh, to build personal brands on LinkedIn & X (formerly Twitter).

lempire is a fast-growing company with $26M+ in revenue, profitable, and 100% bootstrapped.

Our mantra: Keep growing! We live by it every day.

As a Product Manager at lempire, your mission will be to lead the product initiative for Tweet Hunter.

Your role is to understand the market and customer needs, identify the best possible product evolutions, prioritize them, work hand-in-hand with developers and designers to build an amazing product experience, and have a strong focus on the go-to-market (GTM) with the Marketing Lead to ensure the impact is reached.

Your scope can change over time; we are a truly agile company → we iterate a lot, even on how we organize and all work together.

The PM at @lempire wears different hats:

  • A detective / explorer hat: to find unusual insights & opportunities, read between the lines, and be visionary when needed.
  • A chess player hat: to think strategically, create good decision constraints, double down on the right things, have a coup d’avance, and understand positioning and unfair advantages.
  • An investor hat: to make the right bets at the right time with the right amount of resources because you sometimes need to play fast and risky, and sometimes need to play safe.
  • A diplomat hat: to influence your teammates on what we should spend time and effort on, win their trust, bring visibility, focus, vision, and motivation.
  • A product marketer hat: to ensure we have the best GTM possible for each release because the best-known products will beat the best products every single time.

What you are not:

  • A Project Manager that only speaks about methodologies and frameworks.
  • The “Notion docs & meetings person” with no real impact on our users and the business.

Key results:

Within 3 months you will have:

  • Developed a comprehensive understanding of our product, our industry, and our product vision.
  • Built relationships with Tweet Hunter users, and have a deep understanding of them.
  • Identified opportunities to improve the onboarding experience, "aha" moment, conversion to paid accounts and increase initial user success.
  • Successfully acted & iterated on those opportunities with your squad, resulting in a consequent impact on the targeted KPIs.
  • Won the trust of your squad teammates and other important stakeholders.

Within 12 months you will have:

  • Positively impacted the company’s revenue through solutions you’ve helped launch.
  • Established yourself as an industry expert, with a deep understanding of our business and customer product usage.

  • Helping thousands of people grow on X (formerly Twitter).
  • A chance to work with an innovative, fast-paced team with a bias for action.
  • Opportunity to influence our product’s direction.
  • Potential to establish yourself as an industry expert.

Preferred experience:

Must have:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in product. Social media-related SaaS products are preferred.

Nice to have:

  • You have a great tech literacy.
