Job Summary:

The Junior Marketing Team will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media, assisting with content creation, and handling marketplace administration related to promotions. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their marketing skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support:
    • Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  2. Content Creation & Social Media:
    • Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor engagement and suggest content strategies to improve reach.
    • Assist in creating social media content, including ideation, caption writing, and copywriting.
    • Schedule social media posts according to the timeline and feed plan.
    • Work closely with the graphic design team to ensure that visual content aligns with branding and campaign goals.
    • Track and generate reports on social media performance (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) and provide insights for strategy optimization.
    • Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
  3. General Marketing Assistance:
    • Maintain and update customer databases and marketing materials.
    • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
  4. Marketplace Administration & Promotions:
    • Assist in managing marketplace operations related to promotions.
    • Activate and monitor promotional campaigns and advertisements on e-commerce platforms.
    • Ensure that marketplace promotions align with marketing strategies and campaign timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and marketplace operations.

Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or other design software is a plus.

Ability to analyze data and generate marketing reports.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
