Join Our Team as a Junior Legal Counsel!

Are you looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and exciting environment? We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our Amer Sports and Salomon South Europe Region legal team at Salomon HQ in Annecy.

What You'll Do:

• Support Amer Sports France marketing and distribution activities, working closely with Amer Sports brands operating on the French market;
• Support Salomon Facilities Management and Cross-Functional services;
• Support for senior lawyers on contracts and/or projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle a large variety of contracts:

• National ambassadors, partnership and sponsorship agreements;
• Commercial and distribution agreements;
• Services agreements;
• Terms and conditions of games and raffles.

Depending on your profile and business needs, you may intervene in other matters such as retail, consumer law and more.

Qualifications

Your profile:

Education:

• Master’s degree in French law specializing in contract and business law and more precisely in consumer law.

Experience and skills:

• 1–2 years of experience, ideally with a first professional background in consumer goods, focusing on marketing or distribution contracts. An experience in retail or sports sector is a plus.
• Strong interest in contract and distribution law, excellent drafting and communication skills in both French and English.

IT:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages:

• Fluent in French and English.
• Spanish and/or Italian are a plus.
