About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at PT Gradient Group in Bali. As a Junior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision for our prestigious residential and commercial projects, contributing to the creation of exceptional, functional and visually striking interiors. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to learn, grow and make a lasting impact within a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with senior designers to develop innovative and practical design concepts
• Producing detailed design plans, drawings and visualisations to effectively communicate your ideas
• Sourcing and selecting high-quality, on-trend furniture, fixtures, finishes and decorative elements
• Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences, then translating them into design solutions
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies and industry standards
• Assisting with project management tasks to keep designs on schedule and within budget

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in a professional studio environment
• Strong technical skills in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn conceptual ideas into practical, functional designs
• A keen eye for aesthetics, colour, texture and spatial planning
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients and team members
• Passion for the interior design industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow
