Job Description

• Provide general legal support to various departments of the Company, in different areas of law (Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, Data privacy etc.) ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the respective country.
• Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, follow up commercial and aviation law issues (day to day support), dealing with the relevant authorities etc.
• Draft and review employment contracts, follow up employment law issues (day to day support in individual and collective issues).
• Manage Commercial, Passenger or HR litigations; follow up legal aspects of the debt recovery proceedings.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company’s operations align with legal requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in French law.
• Admitted to the French Bar.
• Experience of 1 to 5 years in a legal role at a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Experience in both advisory and litigation.
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English.
• Having citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
• Strong deal-making skills in resolving legal issues in different areas of law (adaptability, flexibility).
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed in a fast-paced, global organization with a client-oriented culture.
• Ability to multitask effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver in a demanding environment in a timely manner.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and the ability to make accurate and effective decisions.
• Team-spirited, collaborative, positive, and service-minded attitude.
