Position Overview :

As a Junior Executions Broker, you will play a vital role in assisting Rate Swaps, ASW, Inflation Swaps, Bonds, and Listed Rate Derivatives. You have a strong interest in developing your knowledge of financial products, market trends, and trading systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Execute rates trades.
2. Adopt a collegiate and entrepreneurial approach within a small but growing team of experienced executors.
3. Generate timely and executable rates trade ideas.
4. Assist with the onboarding process for client accounts across Macro products.
5. Improve and optimize existing processes on the Macro desk.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of execution experience, particularly in Interest Rate Swaps, ASW, Inflation Swaps, Bonds, and Listed Rate Derivatives.
3. Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives products, and trading strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
6. Proficiency in trading platforms and market analysis tools, such as Bloomberg.
