Your Mission

1. Write clear, structured task briefs with technical specs for the team in ClickUp
2. Act as the go-to person for the dev/design team’s questions
3. Ensure timely and high-quality task execution
4. Measure and report project profitability
5. Manage customer relationships & expectations
6. Lead client calls and provide regular updates
7. Gather client feedback and respond patiently on Slack
8. Assist senior project managers on large-scale projects and learn from them

Requirements

1. Growth mindset – eager to learn and improve
2. Detail-oriented & highly organized
3. Experience with Shopify
4. Fluent in French & English
5. Strong communication skills – you can explain complex ideas clearly
6. Experience in paid ads, influencer marketing, or CRM
7. Have managed your own e-commerce store
