Job in Germany : Technical Training Coordinator / Trainer (m / f / d)

As part of the training team, you will support trainees from the selection stage through to their transition into working life and provide them with professional and social advice.

For our team at the Ettlingen site, we are looking for you as

Technical Training Coordinator / Trainer (m / f / d)

Your task :

1. You coordinate and plan the training schedules and coordinate the assignments with the respective specialist departments.
2. You are specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of technical training courses and workshops as well as the creation of training and presentation materials.
3. Together with the training team, you are jointly responsible for the quality assurance of the training.
4. You are involved in the recruitment and selection of new trainees.
5. You support the planning and implementation of internal / external marketing activities (such as school and trade fair visits).
6. You are responsible for the entire process of preparing trainees for their exams.
7. You work in the day-to-day business.

Your qualifications :

1. You have successfully completed your technical studies or vocational training, ideally as an IT specialist (application development / system integration) or in the field of computer science.
2. You have sound knowledge in the field of computer science.
3. You enjoy working with people, are characterized by your communication skills and impress with your open and professional manner.
4. You have a very good command of German (at least level C1) and a good command of written and spoken English.
