For a project of our client, a renowned company from the public sector, we are looking for reinforcement - at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

1. Operation and administration of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure in the data center environment
2. Configuration, operation and troubleshooting of servers (Windows Server, SLES, Micro Focus OES 2018)
3. Support of client systems (Windows 10)
4. Network operation and error analysis (focus: Cisco, F5, Genoa)
5. Administration of Microsoft Exchange and Citrix environments
6. Operation of web-based applications in security-critical infrastructures
7. Support and error analysis of antivirus solutions
8. Installation, configuration and analysis of server hardware (HPE)
9. User support (1st / 2nd level, by telephone & remotely)
10. Maintenance of IT documentation
11. Collaboration on smaller IT projects

Your profile

1. Completed training in the IT sector, as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification
2. In-depth experience with Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Exchange
3. Sound knowledge of networking (Cisco), incl. Citrix and F5
4. Experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise Server desirable
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard hardware components
6. Structured and independent way of working
7. Very good knowledge of German
