Tasks

• As Head of Processes and Applications, you will be responsible for the support and further development of the ERP system and the technical implementation of relevant business processes.
• You manage and implement IT projects in the finance area - from process optimization to automation.
• Together with the specialist departments, you analyze requirements and develop efficient IT solutions. You will identify and implement measures to continuously improve existing processes and workflows in ERP and the ERP ecosystem. You will work closely with all relevant process participants.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory and security-related requirements and coordinate external service providers. You will also take on project responsibility and collaborate on cross-divisional or strategic projects within the company.
• You will also take responsibility for managing your team and promote the personal and professional development of employees in the specialist area. Training and supporting users in the use of the ERP system and other financial IT tools round off your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree, preferably in business informatics or another subject relevant to the area of specialization. Alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable environment. Ideally, you have already gained initial management experience, either as a representative or in projects. You are also familiar with accounting, commercial or financial processes and have experience with various ERP systems - ideally also with the introduction of a new ERP system.
• You analyze complex issues precisely and present them to various stakeholders in a target group-specific manner - also in English if required. You have an inspiring personality and are able to harmonize the needs of different stakeholders. You have the inner mindset that lifelong learning and the willingness to self-reflect are a natural part of the leadership role.
• You also work independently, are organized, decisive and highly reliable. You are a real team player, like to take on responsibility and always act with a high degree of initiative. You have strong, active communication skills and act confidently in a demanding work environment thanks to your diplomatic skills. You like to get to the bottom of things and you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset that helps you to develop long-term solutions.

We are looking for you as IT Manager for our Processes and Applications department. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the complete software life cycle of our ERP system and the technical implementation of the business processes mapped in the systems.
