YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Software Architect to join our dynamic team.

Act as principal liaise between Applications Product owner and IT services on the major CEVA TMS and associated landscape (In-house JAVA applications, 10M+ shipments / $2 billion yearly / 24 countries / 3500 users).

As a Software Architect, you will manage applications projects from software architecture perspective coordinating internal services and vendors. 12 months hand-over is planned with current Architect.

This role is open in Puteaux, Paris.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Understanding of Applications Technical landscape, frameworks, and technologies.
2. Manage java applications frameworks, technical components.
3. Collaborate with IT stakeholders (internal and outsourced), Drive and challenge development team.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to IT stakeholders.
5. Manage IT projects to ensure they meet business objectives.
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Design, test and implement IT solutions.
8. Adapt to remain current with IT trends.
9. Guarantee application security.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Degree in IT or a related discipline with 10 years of experience.
2. Experience in Data analysis, Agile and waterfall methodologies.
3. Expert on Java development and Application architecture.
4. Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, cloud architecture, Dev ops / Dev sec ops.
5. Expertise on Java framework, Linux (Redhat), as well as Ground transportation.
6. Desirable ITIL certification and Office 365 solutions mastering.
7. Fluent French and English are required.
8. Business & results oriented with strong Documentation and presentation skills and expertise on communication and collaboration with offshore resources (India).
