Reporting to the Information Systems Department, the Employee will perform their duties as IT Project Manager, under the authority and according to the directives of the Business Application Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures satisfaction and proper coordination of functional and technical teams, for all or part of IT projects and application services, while respecting objectives (quality, deadlines, budget).
• Manages IT projects, in close collaboration with users and project management teams and IT services, on functional and technological aspects. From needs assessment to production launch as well as post-project maintenance, coordinates all operations and IT resources for all company activities.
• Actively participates in the development of all project-related documents, including specifications, service contracts, and user documentation.
• Ensures proper management of application services expected by users, particularly in the areas of Finance, HR, Communication, Legal, Purchasing, Marketing (non-exhaustive list).
• Intervenes in complex incidents (Levels N2/N3) and continuous improvement requests, either independently or by coordinating efforts of internal Leboncoin teams or external partners. Their strong technical background allows for good problem analysis.
IT Project Management:
• Designs, prepares, monitors, and coordinates the implementation of all or part of the projects under their responsibility, taking into account best practices and adapted methods (Agile).
• Orders and articulates the various functional and technical modules of projects, with all stakeholders (users, managers, project owners, IT services, suppliers...).
• Coordinates, manages, and facilitates necessary actions with IT stakeholders, both internal and external service providers (architects, system and network administrators, developers, integrators, application and technical supervisors, IT & office support, security...).
• Plans projects considering priorities and capacities, specifying planned actions and ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and budget conditions.
• Defines, adjusts, and communicates project (macro) schedules, taking into account the specificities of each project, constraints, and opportunities of the company.
• Facilitates project progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Supports various teams of the Information Systems Department in knowledge transfer at the end of projects to provide visibility on expected service and level 1 diagnostics.
• Oversees monitoring and implementation of quality assurance procedures and methods, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR), and information system security.
Application Services Management:
Understands and masters application services used daily by a significant number of users, particularly in the following areas (non-exhaustive list):
- Finance (SAP S4/HANA, SAP Concur)
- HRIS
- Operations (Wordpress/Web Application Servers)
- Legal
- Purchasing
Coordinates and manages application services, covering all services and software lifecycle: scoping, functional or technical design, implementation.

Skills:
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- IT project management (HRIS, internal and external communication tools, finance, etc.).
- Current project management methodology (Agile).
- Excellent oral and written expression.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructures and architectures, telecoms, and office systems.
- Familiarity with the company's application services.
- Mastery of the general organization and functioning of an IT Department and the company.
- Reporting tools are familiar to you (Google sheets...).
- You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (you will be in contact with English-speaking interlocutors but not exclusively).
A big plus:
• Knowledge of programming languages, development methods, and tools.
