Job Description
In a nutshell:
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with Eurofins businesses to understand and communicate their needs to OSM Product Owners. This role involves marketing OSM products, increasing product knowledge, onboarding new customers, and enhancing usage among existing customers. Acting as the internal voice of the customer, the Product Manager focuses on business goals and expanding the footprint of the OSM Solution.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain ongoing communication with business stakeholders and Operation Unit IT team members.
- Expectation Management: Manage expectations and day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders.
- Representation: Represent the business within the programme and OSM to the business.
- Product Vision: Contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap to build innovative Off-Site Services digital solutions, aligning with business objectives in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Ideation & Prioritization: Work with Product Owners on ideation, gap identification, feature prioritisation, and definition for Off-Site Services/digital products.
- Requirements Management: Identify and define Business Requirements (BR) and User Requirements (UR), contributing to their prioritisation within the programme schedule and product roadmap.
- Solution Design: Contribute to solution design, functional architecture, and UX design.
- Customer Onboarding: Define strategies for onboarding new customers/end-users in collaboration with business leaders.
- Deployment Management: Act as a Deployment Project Manager for the OSM solution, ensuring deployment tasks are performed according to the plan.
- Product Demonstration: Perform demos of OSM products, showcasing features and marketing the products.
- Training: Train business stakeholders on optimal use of the OSM Solution and support them in defining the best ways to handle their business cases with OSM and Eurofins IT Solutions.
- Planning: Prepare short-term and long-term plans for onboarding new customers and increasing end-user usage of OSM.
- Process Definition: Define common business processes related to Off-Site Services in collaboration with business leaders.
- Documentation: Own the Business Process Description document for the programme.
- KPI Management: Responsible for tracking KPIs such as Net Promoter Score and the number of events performed using OSM per sales scope.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT Deployment Project Management and Product Management, including requirements analysis.
- Strong experience in business analysis within the IT Application/Software development industry.
- Experience in digital transformation is a plus.
- Experience with Sample Taking or Optimization systems is an asset.
- Proficiency with BPMN and Microsoft Office products (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
Technology Skills:
- Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe is mandatory.
- Experience in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN is an asset.
Methodology Skills:
- AGILE, Scaled Agile (SAFe), ATDD, TDD, UML, BPMN
Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills, able to adapt quickly, work well under deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment, using sound judgment in decision-making.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, responsible team player with exceptional relationship management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as needed.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
Travel:
Willingness to travel (~20-30%).
