Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and motivated IT Platform Engineer to join our rapidly expanding organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and building an internal platform aimed at automating IT tasks using state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM)-based agents.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, IT operations, and product management, you will leverage your expertise to create automated solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency, security, and scalability within our internal IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement an internal IT automation platform using advanced LLM-based agents.
- Collaborate with IT operations, software engineers, and product managers to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Ensure the developed platform is robust, secure, and scalable, continuously optimizing for operational performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of automated solutions.
- Conduct peer code reviews, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement and learning across the team.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, particularly in LLM technologies, proactively proposing enhancements and improvements to our platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT platform engineering or IT systems development.
- Proven experience in building and automating internal IT systems.
- Experience with API design, automation frameworks, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and using LLM-based technologies.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Background in creating automation solutions within IT operations environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven automation, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
