Responsibilities:

• IT Project Management: Leading the IT teams in the achievement of IT projects within the given time frame.
• Planning IT Activities: Evaluating, purchasing, and replacing hardware systems and software. Implementing backup and recovery processes of the network, data, and systems to ensure business continuity.
• IT Support: Creating and planning the development of team activity procedures. Advising departments on optimizing procedures and system decisions.
• Management of ERP and External Systems: Monitoring system upgrades and daily maintenance in collaboration with the IT support team of the Japanese headquarters.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Supervising daily operations of the server infrastructure and network. Aligning these infrastructures with current and future requirements.
• Managing IT Budget: Forecasting, handling cash flow, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Manage IT Vendors: Managing vendors, service providers, and consultants. Negotiating contracts and ensuring high quality of provided services and solutions.
• Compliance: Ensuring IT activities are within the limits of laws, codes, and regulations.
• Manage IT Security: Evaluating risks, implementing and maintaining global IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company’s data, systems, and network from cyber threats. Acting as the interface/representative of the IT security team within the headquarters in Japan.

Requirements:

• Higher education in IT with at least five years of experience in a similar position.
• Good technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cyber security, regulations, EDI systems, M365 platform, and ERP systems.
• Business-level proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in completing IT projects in several countries.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
