IT Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Device Support: Configure, repair, and replace end-user devices such as laptops, monitors, tablets, and smartphones.
- Infrastructure Management: Work with Citrix, thin clients, and basic network setups (Cisco).
- Software Expertise: Troubleshoot and support Windows OS, Office Suite (including O365 and Azure), Exchange, and SCCM.
- On-Call Support: Be available for occasional weekend activities (approximately 10% of workload) and exceptional out-of-hours requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety in an industrial environment.
The Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support roles, with a focus on end-user devices and enterprise IT systems.
- Familiarity with industrial environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware and software, including Citrix, thin clients, and basic Cisco networking.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, O365, Azure, Exchange, and SCCM.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car for transportation to the site.
- Availability for occasional weekend work.
