Syensqo is seeking an experienced Network Program Manager. The Network Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of network solutions within the Syensqo environment. This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for network products that support the organization's internal operations and align with Syensqo's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. The Program Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure network solutions meet organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision:
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for network solutions that align with organizational goals and operational needs.
  • Conduct internal assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in network solutions.
• Solution Development:
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to develop and implement network solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet quality standards and support the organization's operational requirements.
• Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of network solutions, from planning to implementation and optimization.
  • Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to maintain solution relevance and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback for solution improvement.
  • Tailor network solutions to meet organizational demands and enhance user experience.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze solution performance using key metrics and data analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve solution goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align network strategies with organizational objectives.
• Innovation and Sustainability:
  • Encourage sustainable practices and innovation in network solution development to align with Syensqo's commitment to decarbonization and circularity by design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP, ITIL, or network-specific certifications) is a plus.
• Proven experience within IT infrastructure or network management in a global corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing network solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and lifecycle management.
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful network solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Experience in engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in network management and infrastructure.
