Job Description

Within the IS&T Contract Management department team composed of 2 people and reporting to the Contract Management activity Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Contract management
  • Manage some IS&T large contracts: Contracts with VWT external Partners, from execution to closing, extension, or renewal.
  • Control delivered service is conform to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Manage scope variation as conform to contract(s) commitments.
  • Ensure interface with Corp. Legal and Procurement Departments.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are delivered by VWT partners.
  • Monitor IT managers’ compliance with contract management procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute actively to IS&T tendering activity (RFPs) and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and implement procedures for IT Contract Management in compliance with Veolia policy.
• Operational Management
  • Ensure contract comitology (project, steering, and strategic committees).
  • Manage coordination between contract governance stakeholders (service provider(s), VWT).
  • Ensure action plans are respected by service provider(s) and VWT stakeholders.
  • Ensure Incident & Change management review.
• Control invoices are conformed to delivered service and budget.
• Ensure monthly review of SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Calculate and apply financial penalties when service levels are breached.
• Ensure coordination with CIO office and Corp Finance when required.
• Review and challenge service provider’s quotations as per market standards.
• Optimize service performance (service vs price) for VWT.
• Ensure regular reporting on risk and mitigation actions.
• Provide regular synthesis for management.

Qualifications

You have a BAC+5 educational background in Information Systems and/or Business and 5 years of experience in Contract management, Purchase, or Legal environment.

You have competencies in IT Service Contract management and compliance topics (e.g., GDPR). You have good knowledge of contract law. You are fluent in English (written and oral).

You are Service & Client oriented, organized, rigorous, synthetic, and a good communicator & facilitator. You want to work in a challenging international & multi-actor context.
