What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

1. Co-creating the digitalization roadmap with Global Operations and translating it into a technology & innovation vision
2. Building and maintaining a stage gate process to orchestrate the process from ideation to new IT solutions, helping Global Operations to identify and promote the most beneficial ideas
3. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide technology guidance and drive innovation
4. Owning the demand and project pipeline, creating transparency for the leadership teams, and ensuring excellence in project set-up and execution
5. Leading a product-oriented IT team that owns all IT solutions supporting GO, fostering value-based business cases for new IT products and services
6. Implementing cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and OT systems and ensuring ET systems support regulatory compliance and quality assurance requirements

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

1. Executive IT management professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in complex and international IT enterprise organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life science Industry
2. Master’s degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or comparable
3. Strong background in processes and IT of a production Environment, detailed knowledge of domains such as Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance & Control, as well as Procurement are preferable
4. Proven experience of more than 5 years focusing on strategic planning skills to align IT initiatives with business goals paired with the ability to develop long-term IT Roadmaps
5. Strong knowledge of IT/OT/ET, and Data & Analytics
6. Proven skills in managing large-scale IT projects and teams, including Change Management methodologies & tools
