Introduction

Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products CIO, the department “Digital & IT CMO” (D&IT CMO) is an IT organization with proximity with Flat commercial business, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.

D&IT CMO main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters, and mills within the Flat Europe scope.

The main Missions of our Department are :

• Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget).
• Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimize) : Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise.

What does the job entail?

IT & Business Analyst will be integrated within the Customer Portal Domain that is managing commercial applications in charge of delivering digital services (online offer and order management, commercial documents, claims follow-up, non-prime sales…) to our Flat Carbon Europe customers based on different IT systems with multiple technologies (Java, Angular, REST APIs …).

The core activities will be related to the support of the non-prime sales business and processes.

His / her main missions are :

• Be content-oriented : capture the business needs, support the business to define their needs of evolution of IT systems (small evolutions / projects)
• Manage information systems (write specifications, coordinate projects with business stakeholders and other teams involved, ensure roll out, etc.) based on the requirements formulated by the business
• Support the IT delivery team on functional perimeter
• Contribute to the solution design and the architecture of the application
• Contribute to test and validate the deliverables of the development team (including code reviews / pull requests)
• Provide the necessary support to the users through the "User support" organization

For a start, he / she will :

• Contribute to non-prime sales project portfolio (several projects to be managed)
• Collaborate with different business stakeholders depending on the projects and business involved
• Contribute to the organization of the activity with the IT delivery team (in offshore model)
• Collaborate with different other IT teams under the Digital & IT – CMO department, and even outside in the ArcelorMittal landscape
• Manage incident tickets in support tool as member of the Subject Matter Expert level / support Business as usual team when required

Who are we looking for?

Education : Master’s degree in IT or a related technical field.

You demonstrate most of these key competencies :

• You are proactive, innovative, curious, and bold. You are willing to understand, challenge and support our business needs
• Processes and IT Systems “minded”, strong knowledge on information systems and integration (Web / APIs / mobile)
• Be structured and organized (including time management)
• Good communication, assertiveness, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work under stress with several challenges in parallel
• Ability to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment
• Team player, stakeholder / customer-oriented
• Ability to work with extended teams located in various sites in Europe and in offshore context
• English : Advanced / French is a plus
• Previous experience working on projects is a plus
