Summary

As a SI Treasurer, you are a trusted professional member of the Group Treasury team and the guardian of the Treasury Tools management, compliance, and related banking projects. Your function requires collaboration with the internal finance team of the Group and external financial partners.

You will join the Group Treasury Team in a dynamic organization undergoing business transformation.

Reporting Line

You will report directly to the Cash Management & Treasury IT Manager and establish and maintain a sound and professional payment and treasury reporting platform that can promptly and effectively respond to the needs of the organization and the Finance Team, supporting the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Full ownership of the Treasury IT System management: Kyriba, Trax, FX all, Web banking, and SharePoint administration security and fraud prevention.
2. Owner of the Treasury value-added projects related to cash optimization and automation.
3. Build the required interfaces between the TMS and the ERP and the various payments and accounting applications in use, carrying out all the tests.
4. Lead the deployment and evolution of KYRIBA/TRAX (Group TMS) and optimize the international cash management connectivity and security (SWIFTNET, SEPA, dematerialization, payment means securing) with the support of the Cash Management & Treasury IT Manager.
5. Train, organize, and act as the support/help desk to the worldwide tools’ users.
6. Responsible for day-to-day relationships with banking partners (account opening & closing processes, banking powers, KYC, and audit processes) with the support of the Treasury team.
7. Maintain and improve the Group Treasury Procedures in place.
8. Act as the functional backup of the Treasury Team.

Your profile

You are an experienced Treasurer with solid Treasury Tools and IT skills and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in this field, with previous involvement in TMS and banking connectivity implementations in large multinationals.

1. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
2. Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
3. You enjoy problem-solving and working under strict deadlines with people from different backgrounds.
4. Project and change management appetite.
5. Autonomous, rigorous, honest, curious, and possess integrity.
6. Good command of English and French.

Nice-to-have skills:

1. Knowledge of KYRIBA/TRAX (TMS).
2. Experience in LBO finance.
