As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide software solutions for many of the world’s largest companies. Within our Professional Services Organization, the successful candidate will work closely with analysts, product managers, key account executives and customer project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management and implementation of software solutions for large enterprises. We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong sense of customer care.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead client service delivery
  2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  3. Manage a small Professional Services team
  4. Work with Enablon teams to acquire and board staff
  5. Drive/improve services quality and client satisfaction
  6. Identify and manage risks
  7. Facilitate communication between different departments, actors and clients
  8. Resolve conflicts and escalations
  9. Maintain client relationships, be personable
  10. Support sales cycle to position services
  11. Produce well-defined project implementation proposals
  12. Manage expectations and help manage to 'zero surprises'
  13. Anticipate project and account needs (proactive as opposed to reactive)
  14. Ensure high quality project deliverables and the proper implementation of QA plans
  15. Make sure all projects follow prescribed methodology and maintain proper project deliverables
  16. Participate in the account planning meetings
  17. Act as a point of contact for PS services

About you

  1. At least 10 years of professional experience working on software or integration projects
  2. At least 7 years of project management and implementation of software solutions for large enterprises
  3. At least 2 years in leadership of a small services team
  4. Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners
  5. Some experience in sales of professional services
  6. A proven track record for project planning, delivery, control and completion
  7. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
  8. PMI, Prince2 or equivalent certification
  9. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
  10. Able to effectively present in front of large internal or external groups
  11. Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in a fast-paced environment
  12. Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills
