Your missions: Responsibilities:
The IS Finance & Controlling Solution Expert is responsible for the delivery and performance of the Financial Solutions related products reporting to the Support Functions Service Delivery Leader. His / her goal is to build scalable solutions that meet business needs, accelerate digital transformation, create / maintain a competitive advantage within CEVA’s market segments while ensuring regulatory compliance. To reach these goals, he / she needs to own overall activities and application life cycle including setup, evolution, backlog, support, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning to meet the expectations of its customers in the most cost-efficient manner.
The main areas of responsibility of the IS Finance & Controlling Solution Expert are as follows:
- Solution Design, Implementation and Deployment
- Solution Support and Change Management
- Technology Watch and Solution Architecture
Solution Design, Implementation and Deployment:
In accordance with the Finance & Controlling Products Vision and Roadmap,
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Designs solutions that align with the finance & controlling processes and goals of the organization.
- Customizes and configures the different software to meet specific finance & controlling needs.
- Works closely with other application and integration product teams to implement efficient integration flow of data and E2E processes.
- Conducts system testing, user acceptance testing, and resolves any issues that arise during implementation.
- Ensures proper solution user adoption.
- Drives overall project management activities (including documentation) to ensure successful delivery (Quality, Cost, Planning).
Solution Support and Change Management:
- Ensures product availability meets SLAs and performance requirements agreed with the business teams.
- Works with internal teams and vendors to solve technical incidents and implement planned change requests (incident and change management).
- Reviews incidents to perform retro analysis and guarantee non re-occurrence (problem management).
- Manages change associated with the implementation of new solutions or updates to existing systems.
- Communicates changes and updates to relevant stakeholders and ensures smooth transitions.
- Implements software evolution roadmap to comply with the product life cycle (Build, RUN, decommission).
Technology Watch and Solution Architecture:
- Contributes to appropriate software vendors or solutions evaluation and selection that align with the organization's needs.
- Defines and owns overall ecosystem technical architecture.

Technical & Functional Competencies:
- Application knowledge – capacity to define systems development life cycle best practices to create robust applications in JDE and other financial systems.
- Domain / Product Expertise – mastery of Finance & controlling domains, challenge proposed improvements and act as the referent in the domain / product.
- Project Management – know-how of project coordination methodology.
- In-depth understanding of the Financial & controlling process.

- Good communication skills and ability to communicate complex / technical language in simple words.

Profile:
- 3-5 years’ experience in customizing finance & controlling applications in a company or with a consulting firm or software provider.
- Candidates should be fluent in English.
- High energy team player with a bias for action.
- 3-5 years of experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation.
- Experience in implementing ERP (JD Edwards, SAP or similar...) is highly valuable.
- Experience in implementing Budget & planning process (Anaplan, Board, Tidemark...) is highly valuable.
- Analytical skills to build proper KPI and dashboard with business data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in France.
