Investment & Commercial Controller

DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France, the logistics division of the DHL France Group (2,000 employees), a specialist in logistics solutions and one of the leaders in its market, is recruiting an Investment & Commercial Controller.

As part of the Controlling team (10 people) and reporting to the Investment & Commercial Controlling Manager, you will be working with the constant aim of analysing and steering the performance of pre-sales and renewal projects. You will be involved in all the department's activities, with the main tasks being to:

Main tasks:

1. Participating in upstream analysis and monitoring of project management.
2. Drawing up budgets, including the preparation of BCAs (Business Case = project profitability analysis including cash flow) and presenting the analysis in conjunction with operational staff and all support functions.
3. Ensuring compliance with budget commitments in terms of ROI, margins, deadlines, cash flow and investment.
4. Coordinating the business case process.
5. Analyzing sensitivity on projects, balancing risks/profitability.
6. Participating in standard reporting and responding to ad hoc requests.
7. Following up the contract approval process, the contract database and the CRM.

Position based in: La Plaine Saint Denis (93).

YOUR PROFILE

1. Master's degree in Finance from a university or business school.
2. At least 5 years' experience in a multi-site, international company. Knowledge of industrial processes would be a plus.
3. Fluency in English essential (written and spoken) - (writing in English, regular telephone conferences in English).
4. Thoroughness, responsiveness, ability to listen and make suggestions.
5. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
6. Strong analytical skills.
