About Your Role

You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Ambassador by leading and engaging Retailer's teams and managers with the unique Charlotte Tilbury vision. You are a dynamic and inspirational Artist who is a true coach that helps develop teams on artistry, product knowledge and our brand Values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and KPI targets as set by your Manager
  • Coach retailer's teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products to achieve weekly sales and KPI targets
  • Facilitate mini events in store to promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and magic service whilst delivering sales
  • Support visual merchandising, products layout, VM standards, testers, stock and feedback to your line manager

Commercial Accountabilities

  • Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered; even when you're not around by embedding the magic service methodology. Build brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers.
  • Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity / market impacts from the previous year of trade.
  • Devise and deliver a compelling eventing plan for all of the doors in your area.
  • Share sales and KPI results with your line manager every week.

Operational Accountabilities

  • Working and liaising with Retailer team to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Flag issues on stock levels to the store management and your line manager.
  • Execute flawless visual merchandising and standards on a daily basis.
