Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Customs Product Manager, support and assist with:

1. Customs Commercial Analysis: including but not limited to:

• Working on sectorial markets research with concrete sales action propositions.
• Leveraging commercial development with sales teams, leading strategic analysis (market trends predictions, competition - value-added solutions, innovation, etc.).
• Sharing best practices and feedback with international teams.

• Support on new value propositions.
• Updating global customs databases from various sources.

Applicant's Profile

Bachelor's degree in business school, supply chain, or international trade.

Knowledge in international trade, supply chain, and Freight Forwarding.

Languages: French (Fluent), English.

Good sense of relationships, team spirit, autonomy, organization, rigor, adaptability, and motivation in an international environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel); knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
