MISSION CONTEXT:
We are seeking an intern for the PLM4A project (Product Lifecycle Management for Alstom) at our headquarters in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine. The PLM4A Program is key in Alstom's transformation, aiming to unify the tools which are essential for designing, configuring, and manufacturing our products. This state-of-the-art solution ensures seamless collaboration and standardized processes across all sites, crucial for building and maintaining the trains of tomorrow.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM: The PLM4A Management team is responsible for defining the Product Lifecycle Management solution, aligning processes, deploying PLM4A to various regions, and supporting this change across all sites.
PLM4A presents a significant challenge for ALSTOM and represents a major change that will affect all sites globally. Its implementation will bring profound transformation at both the corporate and site levels, with strong oversight from the company's leadership.
In this context, effective change management is essential. This involves clear communication, proper training, impact assessments, ICAP surveys, and mapping stakeholders at each site to ensure a smooth implementation of these principles and tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:
PROFILE:
Educational level: Master 1 or 2 in communication, business, experience in change management and internal communication.
Technical skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally SharePoint is required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a real plus.
Behavioral skills: The ability to persuade and adapt, and strong organizational and creative abilities.
Contract: 6 months
