Your mission

Transatel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International IoT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, with a real leadership role across the organization.

You will lead, mentor, and motivate a Sales Team of around 10 people. Your main missions will be:

  • Grow the business internationally.
  • Manage proactively the customer base, which already includes some large accounts, with the account managers.
  • Develop direct and indirect channels.
  • Develop synergies with parent companies of NTT Data Inc as well as sister companies like NTT Com and NTT Docomo.
  • Develop strong synergies with Product Marketing and Communication teams.
  • Stay updated on IoT industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Transatel’s reach and market presence, including our “Ubigi for business” activity.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Experience working with large organizations such as NTT.
  • Understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Our recruitment process

At Transatel, we strive to have an efficient global process to finalize our recruitments as quickly as possible (around 3 weeks).

Here are the different stages in the recruitment process:

  • 1st HR contact by telephone.
  • Interviews: A Manager / HR interview + one or more operational or technical interviews.
  • An online personality test.
  • An HR call presenting the offer of collaboration in detail, followed by receipt of the offer by email.
  • Welcome & onboarding process.
  • Salary package: fixed salary + individual bonus + half-yearly profit-sharing and incentive schemes (investable in PEE or PER).
  • Salary committees every 6 months.
  • Up to 2 days' homeworking, 25 days' holiday + a few free days.
  • CSE, company restaurant, advantageous health insurance, 50% reimbursement of the Navigo transportation pass or sustainable mobility package.
