We are looking for a ‘hands-on’ expert to lead our manufacturing controlling department.
You will report to the Group Financial Controller and will be fully engaged into driving COGS performance on our cross-category manufacturing footprint and acting as a business partner to Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Leadership team.
As part of the group controlling team, your main missions will be:
You will lead the monthly performance animation: providing insights & recommendations and sharing conclusions in a synthetic & pragmatic way to support the decision-making.
Consolidate Actuals financial data for all industrial affiliates (COGS & CAPEX).
Lead monthly closing ensuring KPI’s consistency.
Benchmark factories / technologies to improve performance and decision-making, investments, and resource allocation initiatives.
You will also be in charge of the Forecast & Budget process providing guidance, running consolidation and sharing the analytical overview on the resource allocation.
Ensure Standard Costing consistency in all affiliates.
Drive standard cost review with key stakeholders, ensure compliance with Tax.
Support resource allocation (CAPEX) to support the growth and sweat the assets.
Prepare specific COGS outlook updates.
You will have to integrate operation controlling of new acquisitions.
Build financial recommendations on sourcing, innovations and transformational projects.

Providing your support to valorize efficiency projects & sharing results to stakeholders.
Work on digital solution.
5 years degree in Finance / Accounting.
8+ years’ of progressive Finance experience in production environment.
Very strong analytical and communications skills. Pragmatism, ability to synthesize with high level of reliability.
Desire to work in a dynamic and empowering environment with multiple priorities.
Strong capability in managing stakeholders and teams in matrix organization and multi-scope.
Fluent English (must have). High capacity of adaptability to different cultures.
