Internal SAP FICO Consultant - Paris

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP S / 4HANA projects while helping our internal teams drive business transformation.

Your Role & Responsibilities :

• S / 4HANA Implementation : Lead or contribute to full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA Finance implementation projects, from blueprinting and design to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Financial Process Optimization : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and improve financial workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Configuration & Customization : Configure SAP FICO modules (FI & CO) to meet business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Cross-Module Collaboration : Work closely with other SAP teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of financial processes across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities.
• Reporting & Compliance : Develop financial reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Your Knowledge & Experience :

• Proven expertise in SAP FICO , ideally with experience in S / 4HANA implementations or migrations .
• Strong understanding of financial accounting (FI) processes.
• Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).
• Fluent in French & English
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Passion for staying at the forefront of SAP Finance technology and continuous professional development.
