As Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Digital Sales Channel. This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients and existing accounts, supporting the transformation to proactive Services and contracts renewals, and Service business development.
As an ideal candidate, you should excel in navigating the dynamic world of social platforms and CRM and possess a tech-savvy and growth mindset. If you're passionate about social media and comfortable with the technical side of things, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Missions
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and social media.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects and customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Solutions and Service sales teams to provide necessary support in the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiation and finalization.
- Actively work on Service business transformation from reactive to proactive.
- Manage renewal of recurrent activities (Contracts, Calibration).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Operations performing Service activities and marketing to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification, and sales targets.
- Launch and/or monitor Sales campaigns.
- Any other duties as directed by management.

- E-commerce business acumen.
- CRM experience expected (SalesForce preferred).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Open-minded to Field evolution.
- Good command of SAP and Microsoft Skills.
- Social media and tech enthusiast.
- Passionate about continuous learning and training.
- Fluent in French and English languages, Spanish appreciated.
- University degree in related field (preferably Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management).
