MISSIONS
- Internal control: Ensure continuous improvement of existing processes & procedures, as well as their optimization and standardization. Ensure our processes are compliant and well documented.
- Project Management: Participate in finance Operations projects depending on the needs, the business priorities and in collaboration with the department.
- Audit & support: Ensure these processes are properly explained & applied across the group. Provide a finance compliant solution to new company needs.
TASK & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Compliance and risk
- Identify risks & propose solution for Financial & accounting compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain a documentation system of procedures & manuals in line with the group financial strategy ensuring the right level of internal control and the efficiency in the finance operations departments across the group.
- Ensure compliance with SAPIN2 & other legal requirement.
Expertise and audits
- Drive projects Internal control projects in order to constantly improve our compliance, efficiency, costs, external & internal customer experience.
- Review & maintain the Segregation of Duty matrix.
- Participate in SAP or other tools implementation/improvement projects.
Performance optimization
- Take a data-driven approach to find areas of improvement and measure results.
- Collect, select and share best practices across our Finance community, ensure consistency, standardisation and continuous optimisation.
Business partner
- Ensure regular contact & support with finance community, identify areas of improvement, analyze root causes of business issues, recommend corrective actions, ensure the follow up.
- Act as a business partner by collaborating with all other departments.
Qualification and skills:
Hard skills
- 5 years’ experience in technical accounting &/or internal control.
- Minimum 2 years in project management.
- Experience in a shared service center is a plus.
- Good understanding of accounting & financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex business flow & turn it into a compliant accounting flow.
- Good command of English & French is a must.
Soft skills
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to find innovative & compliant ways to solve problems.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to zoom in (Attention to detail) / zoom out (Big picture).
- Excellent communication skills with a positive mindset.

Education
"bac +4/5" - Finance master degree or business school.
