Mission:

Reporting to the Global Healthcare Vertical Director, you will be an integral part of the development and execution of the Global Strategy for Bollore's Healthcare Vertical.

The Global Roadmap is designed to build up our Global offering to the Healthcare market, currently we have several major Global customers, primarily European from which we need to grow them and other new customers. In order to do so we need a Global Network and offering.

Critical Roadmap Initiatives include developing a defined Global Cold Chain Air Freight Product, a Global Quality Assurance Framework, Globalised Control Tower processes, Global Reporting, Global Training program and Marketing campaign that will require market research, event sponsorship and social media.

These initiatives require key stakeholders across all functions of Bollore and will require a Project Management approach.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Establish Project principles for the Global Roadmap, critical path management and follow up with stakeholders in each region.
• Play a key role in organizational change.
• Develop and Deploy Global Reporting.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute elements of our Marketing plan.
• Be a member of the Healthcare Global Steering committee.

Outcome:

• The successful candidate will gather a deep knowledge of the Healthcare Supply Chain globally and become intimately aware of the challenges the Pharmaceutical companies experience.
• It will give the candidate exposure to how a company globalizes its Value Proposition both internally and externally.
• Analysis and Research will be a large part of the role but also managing stakeholders' interests and timelines.
• Understand both the technical and cultural elements of organizational change.
• Understand how to create and lead a Global Account Strategy.

PROFILE

Higher education Bac +4/5, ideally in a specialization Transport / Logistics / Supply Chain, you are interested in the transport and logistics sector as well as IT project management. Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you have strong adaptability and are proactive. You master English and the office suite (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel).
