Interior Design Customer Success Consultant (French & English)

Are you passionate about interior design and love helping customers bring their dream spaces to life? Studio Fedde is looking for a dynamic Design & Customer Success Consultant (French and English speaking) to join our team in France. In this role, you’ll work 100% remotely, guiding customers through their design journey, providing expert advice, and delivering excellent customer support.

Studio Fedde was born from a Dutch interior panel company, with a mission to offer high-quality, custom-made fronts that perfectly complement IKEA kitchens and cabinets. We believe in smart, stylish solutions and outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing :

1. Customer Consulting & Engagement: Conduct online appointments with customers, communicating via email and phone, providing expert guidance and support in both English and French.
2. After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving any issues; complaint handling and registration.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine and improve the customer journey.
4. Reporting: Keep track of customer interactions, reporting to the manager.

What We’re Looking For :

1. Fluent in French & English – You can confidently communicate with customers in both languages.
2. Passion for Interior Design – You understand aesthetics and functionality in home design.
3. Strong Customer Success Skills – You enjoy engaging with customers and helping them find the best solutions.
4. Tech-Savvy & Organized – You’re comfortable working online and managing multiple customer interactions.
5. Based in France – You’ll be working remotely, but must reside in France.
