Interim Legal Counsel (France) – IP, Civil & Contract Law

We are currently looking for an experienced French lawyer (interim) to support one of our clients with their expansion into the French market .

Remote / Flexible location (within France)

Start : Q3 2025 | Duration : 6–8 months

Your responsibilities :

You will advise and support the client on legal matters that arise from their growing operations in France. Based on prior experience, the focus will be on :

• Intellectual Property Law & Competition Law
• General Civil Law & Sales Law
• Product Safety Law
• Contract Law (drafting, negotiation, and review)

Your profile :

• Qualified French lawyer with strong experience in the above areas
• Solid understanding of cross-border legal questions and international contract work
• Experience supporting international companies or startups expanding into France
• Fluent in French and English
• Available on short notice for the project
