Integrated Health Specialist

Integrated Health Specialist – This position is responsible for coordinating the care of mental health patients found to have a severe mental illness. The position entails documenting services provided, ensuring service compliance with required guidelines, assisting patients in coordinating their care, as well as assisting patients in achieving treatment goals.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the human services field is required.

Hourly position: Starting wage is $21.15/hour.
