Your Role
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team in the "SEA excluding Indonesia" team based in Thailand. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process by utilizing digital tools or tele-sales channels where on-site is not mandatory. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive, a good listener, have superb interpersonal skills, and thrive in interacting with people digitally as well as over the phone.

- Proactively execute the sales process from starting until closing remotely by utilizing digital tools
- Support business line on pricing analysis on key accounts and each product group
- Grow Ecom sales for the business
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead generation & qualification
- Generate leads from digital and physical prospecting activities
- Qualify leads coming from various sources:
- Representatives such as Service, Field Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, etc.
- Prospecting activities such as seminars, webinars, cold calling, etc.
- Digital sources such as Company website, LINE, Webinar, etc.
Prospecting
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries from prospects on our products and solutions.
- Responsible for finding new prospect accounts or reactivating sleeping accounts by promoting the Atlas Copco products portfolio to drive sales revenue growth.
- Promote value-added activities such as seminars, webinars (work closely with the marketing team). Support field sales with preparation of material for sales meetings.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities by planning and organizing a daily agenda of customer outreach using warm and hot leads.
- Share opportunities that are not standard products to the sales team to execute.
- Use business intelligence data to identify where competition is present and we are not.
Sales Process Management & Pricing Analysis
- Independently sell Atlas Copco's standard product ranges where the need for customer contact on-site is not mandatory.
- Proactively execute the sales process from unqualified opportunities, following up and closing business opportunities remotely by utilizing digital tools.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the standard products portfolio to explain, promote, and upsell to existing and new customers.
- Continually develop sales techniques and strategies to close sales and achieve sales targets and goals.
- Capitalize on available technological advances and BI reports to effectively communicate, drive business, and enhance the sales process.
- Improve customer experience by striving to understand and anticipate needs and expectations, proactively providing clear and honest communication, and ensuring data entry accuracy.
- Support customers by providing standard product quotations and answering questions about credit terms, pricing, and availability, then follow up until closing.
- Review and verify the accuracy of customer orders; prepare and submit sales orders for order entry, finance, and contracts teams. Ensure seamless cross-functional handovers.
- Ensure data integrity and manage sales activities and pipeline within the CRM database.
- Support in pricing analysis of key accounts and each product group.
Grow e-commerce (Ecom) sales
- Actively drive user adoption and sales on the Smart portal
- Add and train distributors as well as direct customers on using the smart portal
To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales or business development in the tightening tools business.
- Experience with CRMs and ERPs required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with quote generation required.
- Ability to understand industrial technical solutions and apply them to customer needs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be comfortable performing high volume, repetitive tasks with accurate data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency using digital tools/tele-sales tools on implementation of sales process.
- Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call center is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai.
- Fair level in English for internal product learning and email communication.
