Position: Supplier Product Quality Development Engineer (H/F)

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy Supplier Quality Assurance requirements in product & process development and warranty in accordance with Sourcing and project organisation.
2. Responsible at tender phase to communicate and validate quality specifications and SPQD plan in anticipation with suppliers.
3. Manage the SQS phase till the Business Award in coordination with sourcing, validate the relevant waivers.
4. Perform SPQD plan by setting-up relevant actions plan all along the product/process development to reach Supplier FAI go on time.
5. Apply the application of the DFQ process and validate each milestone.
6. Perform the handover with SQA.
7. Manage warranty issues linked to suppliers in collaboration with Project warranty responsible.

Management, Performances and Reporting:

1. Inform SPQD manager, Sourcing and Industrial and engineering/projects entities about the main issues, increment ROE.
2. Report about activity, manage indicators (example visual management).
3. Participate in the management of yellow suppliers status.
4. Ensure required qualifications to have the right level of expertise.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Propose good practices.
2. Contribute to APSYS roadmap’s SPQD related questions.

Educational Requirements:

Master degree level or equivalent.

Technical Knowledge / Experience:

3 to 5 years experience in SQA, SPQD, Production management, engineering or industrial. Understanding of technical interdependencies. Knowledge of quality tools (problem solving tools, Quality Walls).
