Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.

MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WORKS SUPERVISOR / WORKS DIRECTOR :

1. Study your file / contract, prepare your operation, define the methods.
2. Schedule the tasks of the Works and Studies Coordinators.
3. Plan ahead for, coordinate, and keep track of the activities of sub-contractor teams in their work place.
4. Ensure the client’s satisfaction (with respect to quality, lead times, adherence to scheduled work duration and deadlines).
5. Coordinate the buyer modifications.
6. Ensure optimized use of resources to meet your objectives in terms of cost, lead times and quality, and environmental and safety rules.
7. Manage the welcoming of the Works and Studies Coordinator’s production personnel.
8. Schedule the tasks of the sub-contractor teams from day to day.
9. Manage inter-company and supplier relations in relation to the building site.
10. Perform and have performed regular checks on the construction in terms of quality and conformity (this may involve establishing check sheets and non-conformity sheets).
11. Monitor the proper execution of finishing work, the resolution of deviations and the total completion liability guarantee (using tablets), and obtain the deviation resolution certificate and the defects liability guarantee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: CAP (Certificate of vocational aptitude) - Occupational diploma

FIELDS OF STUDY: Civil engineering – Building and public works

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in building

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Diplômes : Diplômé d’un Bac +5 en génie civil / travaux public

Expérience : Vous possédez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en études techniques et idéalement dans le domaine du Génie Civil ouvrages d'art ou bâtiments industriels.

Compétences :

• Rigueur, proactivité, sens du contrôle, esprit d’analyse, sens de l’organisation
• Bonne capacité de communication
• Esprit d’équipe
• Maitrise des outils bureautiques

CE QUE NOUS PROPOSONS

Poste à temps plein en CDI basé à Nantes (44) ou St Etienne du Rouvray (76) avec des déplacements réguliers à prévoir dans la région.
