Kalexius is a leading international provider of managed legal services to in-house legal departments. In the context of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a :

Juriste Contrats NTIC Paris Temp / CDD-Hybrid

We are looking for a lawyer with experience of negotiating IT contracts in the context of procurement, SaaS and other IT contracts, to join our team. Knowledge of financial institutions is a plus. You will be based in Paris.

You should have a pragmatic, business-minded approach as you will be working closely with the business and procurement teams. You will also be required to analyse legislation and update contract templates accordingly. The project will allow keen candidates to develop their legal skills and form part of a friendly and dynamic team.

Skills and experience :

• You will have a law degree and have at least 4 years experience negotiating contracts
• Strong legal and analytical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to establish credibility quickly with client business lines and other internal functions
• Ability to work as part of a team, approachable
• Clear and effective communication - You must be fluent in English and French and be able to draft in both languages
