Now, we’re strengthening our influencer marketing operations —and we need a talented Influencer Administration Assistant to help streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Your Role: Streamline Operations & Support Influencer Success

As an Influencer Administration Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our influencer collaborations, ensuring seamless coordination and administrative efficiency. Your mission? Support campaign execution, manage influencer relationships, and optimize operational processes.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Influencer Contract & Compliance Management – Handle administrative tasks related to influencer agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and brand requirements.
  2. Database & CRM Maintenance – Keep our influencer database up to date, track performance metrics, and support reporting needs.
  3. Campaign Coordination – Assist in organizing and managing influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  4. Payment & Invoice Processing – Work closely with finance teams to track influencer payments, invoices, and ensure timely compensation.
  5. Communication & Liaison – Act as a key point of contact for influencers, handling queries, scheduling content deadlines, and ensuring clear communication.
  6. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Support the marketing team by gathering key performance data, preparing reports, and helping optimize influencer strategies.
  7. Trend & Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, new influencer talents, and emerging social media opportunities.
  8. Logistics & Product Dispatch – Manage the coordination of product shipments to influencers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for campaign activations.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Fluent in French & English – Strong communication skills in both languages.
  2. Administrative & Organizational Skills – Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  3. Experience in Influencer Marketing – Previous experience in an agency, marketing team, or PR environment is a plus.
  4. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
  5. Strong Interpersonal Skills – Ability to build relationships with influencers and internal teams.
  6. Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick thinker, proactive, and able to handle challenges efficiently.
  7. Passion for Social Media & Influencer Culture – Deep understanding of the influencer landscape and trends.
