Your mission

For 70% of your time, as a Customer Service Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing orders, logistics, warehouse contacts, transport, and customer services in compliance with import/export and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Administrative management of orders in ERP software and data processing.
  • Processing and follow-up of regulatory and quality requests.
  • Preparing currency hedging for transactions in currencies other than the euro.
  • Direct communication with customers, logistics companies, principals, and façonniers (industrial drug manufacturers).
  • Organizational support for international conferences and exhibitions.

For 30% of your time, Executive Assistant (all genders) duties:

You will provide support to the team for the administrative follow-up of the company, mail management, invoice payment management, management of service providers, organization of purchases and material resources for the office, follow-up and reminders to partners in arrears.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years' higher education, with knowledge of international trade and/or logistics.
  • At least 3 years' experience in logistics and in importing and exporting goods.
  • Fluency in English (working language) and French.
  • Rigorous, organized, curious, reactive, and enjoy participating in the day-to-day management and running of the team, the office, and the company. Well organized with good interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and management of relations with the company's various service providers and team members. Good negotiating skills.
