About the Role

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the management committee, shaping the future of our dynamic, multidisciplinary team of 50+ employees across France, LATAM, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Your role will be pivotal in driving talent acquisition, knowledge management, organizational design, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Management
2. Recruitment Lifecycle: Design and lead recruitment across all regions, from Project Managers to senior positions.
3. Business Partnering: Provide exceptional business partnering to operational teams, ensuring a memorable candidate experience.
4. Employee Engagement: Build our employer brand and engage top talent, developing hiring plans and talent pipelines.
5. Offer Management: Manage the offer process, from verbal offers to contract preparation.
6. Onboarding: Oversee onboarding with the support of operational managers.
7. Knowledge Management
8. Information Exchange: Facilitate information sharing on organizational diagnostics and plans.
9. Training and Development: Coordinate training plans and continuous learning opportunities for our employees and our partner NGOs.
10. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate and enhance training and talent management programs.
11. Organizational Design
12. Tools and Methodologies: Identify and address gaps in talent management tools and methodologies.
13. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management on organizational design strategies.
14. Structure and Roles: Optimize organizational structures for efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Change Implementation: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
16. Operational Management
17. Initiatives and Execution: Develop and manage talent programs, anticipating future needs.
18. Change Adoption: Advocate for change based on business drivers.
19. Performance & Review: Plan and manage the company’s performance review process.
20. HR Coordination: Oversee payroll and other HR suppliers.

Candidate Profile

Education: Higher education degree equivalent to MSc. Field of study not essential; experience is key.

Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record. Experience in diverse cultural contexts is a significant advantage.

Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi) is a plus. Functional French or a strong desire to learn it is advantageous.
