AXA GO is a young and dynamic division launched in 2019 and comprises 8,000 employees across 17 countries all around the globe from Paris, France to Pune, India. We are the ones providing advice, steering technological choices and giving AXA access to innovations that will support its transformation into a customer-centric tech-led company. For this, we work in close partnership with all AXA entities.

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM

Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) is part of Identity Global Products Line within Group CIO in AXA Group Operations.

IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared products in IAM space for:

  1. Employees working for AXA (I AM-Employee)
  2. Users working for AXA business (I AM-Business)
  3. Customer users of AXA (I AM-Customer)

As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework, AXA has selected Ping Identity solutions in the cloud for its new Group Authentication / Access Management platform. This new platform called "One Account" aims at providing a seamless and secure access to all applications (Group and local) in a corporate context.

Another platform relying on Okta's (ex-Auth0) solution called "I AM-Customer" has been deployed to manage Identity and Access Management in a Customer context (CIAM) for various AXA entities.

JOB PURPOSE

IAM CoE is looking for an IAM Access Management Product Owner / Deputy Product Manager:

  1. Manage the roadmap of One Account product to take over the legacy platform features (e.g. Web and API access management) and implement new use cases (e.g. new authentication methods/policies, login screens, impersonation)
  2. Manage the roadmap of I AM-Customer product along with vendor's own roadmap focused on providing accelerators for AXA entities to adopt the vendor solution in a fast and secure way.
  3. Push the deployment of One Account by promoting automation and self-onboarding.
  4. Foster the adoption of I AM-Customer replacing local AXA entity solutions.
  5. Increase our ability to manage properly new AXA global strategic orientations and initiatives we must accompany (AI, QoS, cloud strategy, tech & data + global programs like One Network, One Workplace, etc.)

MISSIONS

To act as an IAM Product Owner

  1. Features scoping, design and implementation review with technical teams (e.g. SAML, MFA, OAuth2, delegated admin, self-service onboarding, login screens)
  2. 3rd party services / accelerators scoping and implementation follow-up (resilience, SOC, PUAM, scripts, logging, reporting, monitoring, perftest, pentest etc)
  3. Operational relationship with vendor (Ping, Okta)
  4. Test plan review and execution support with Quality Assurance team.
  5. TOM documentation (e.g. RACI)

To act as a Deputy Product Manager

  1. Build and communication of product roadmap.
  2. Definition and promotion of product offering (catalogue, recharging cost, volume consumption, contractual framework...)
  3. Interface with AXA GO Market teams in contact with AXA entities on product releases, delivery and operations.
  4. Contribution to product procurement (FTE, non-FTE)
  5. Contribution to product team staffing plan.
  6. Review product demands and project scoping/proposals.

To guarantee IAM delivery's consistency and quality

  1. Review quality and alignment between major / complex project objectives and delivery with assigned project managers: complex application migration (e.g. O365), major entity integration (e.g. AXA France)
  2. Co-identify project risks and propose action plans to address those with assigned project managers.
  3. Coordinate/review documentation produced by technical teams to ensure it addresses project needs/constraints.
  4. Manage deviations/escalations with AXA GO / AXA entity consumers and colleagues.

To support IAM Quality of Service

  1. Act as escalation point for complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) along with IAM Service Management team.
  2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational organisation and procedures (e.g. monitoring, alerting)
  3. Contribute to or facilitate secure operations of the services (e.g. responses to audit / pentest points)

PROFILE

Technical skills

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven successful experience in IT infrastructure / security in a large-scale organization in a Shared-Services setup.
  2. Knowledge of IAM concepts, solutions, and services: identity management & authorizations, authentication/access control.
  3. Knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML 2.0, Single Sign-On, HTTP, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
  4. Experience with IAM Broadcom and Ping Identity solutions.
  5. Familiar with network, workplace, and infrastructure domains.
  6. Familiar with Product Management, Project Management and Service Management practices.

Non-technical skills

  1. Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
  2. People management experience is not mandatory but a plus.
  3. "Service-oriented" person with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service...
  4. Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (IAM, other AXA GO, entities, security...) while keeping good relationships.
  5. Analytical skills to help drive the "continuous improvement" objective of the products towards a global shared service.
  6. Fluent written & spoken English and a second language a plus.
