Package: Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.

We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

Your Responsibilities:

1. Guarantee the respect of the legal and social obligations
2. Guarantor of policy setting and adherence for all Human Resources management in resort
3. Ensure all the administration concerning the personnel (pay, contract…) and optimize payroll
4. Drive and manage the integration procedures, evaluate and identify future potentials
5. Implement a policy of local recruitment
6. Accompany the managers in the management of their teams
7. Integrate your co-workers within the village’s team and identify their needs for training so as to help them improve and gain in competence
