HRBP- Digital Group

Position

We are looking for a driven HRBP, working with our Omnichannel and Digital population both at holding and group level.

As an HR professional, you will be expected to provide a high-level HR support to our Digital Talent, but also to lead and support group-level projects.

Job responsibilities

At holding Level:

• You are the go-to person for all HR questions of our employees and managers, with the support or our HR admin team.
• Talent management (career development, learning, etc.).
• Follow up of our annual ICR and other HR processes.
• Make sure our HR system are constantly up to date.
• Support our managers with employee onboarding.
• Recruitment of digital and Data populations

At Group Level:

• Talent management of Digital profiles within the group
• Organizing monthly Digital Talent rooms, in-person every quarter with the Group HR team.
• Roll out of our Group HR processes within tech and digital functions, participate to workshops organized at group level to represent digital HR (e.g. Career Compass, Talent Marketplace)
• Updating our dashboards on KPIs and metrics to accurately support the entire digital function within LVMH.
• Support the team in producing presentations (e.g. during our Talent rooms)
• Follow activity of all digital Talents on mobility within the Group.

Profile

• Previous significant experience as an HRBP
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical skills, you master Powerpoint presentations.
• Previous experience with digital populations, but this is not mandatory if you are willing to learn.
• Team-spirit as we work with many stakeholders.
• You are a people-person: as an HR it is important that you have the best interest of the team and team members at heart.
• Fluency in English and French.
